Care begins with a comprehensive medical consultation. Following this visit, patients may choose from several clinically appropriate pathways—including insurance-based brand-name medications, compounded medication programs, or non-GLP-1 medical therapy—based on health history, goals, and affordability.

Pricing below reflects clinical services. Medications and pharmacy costs vary by pathway and are explained in detail after your consultation.

Guided Medical Weight Management Pricing

Step 1:    REQUIRED ENTRY POINT

Initial Medical Weight Loss Consultation — $99

 

Includes:

The $99 consultation fee is credited toward your first program if you enroll within 7 days.

Step 2:  CHOOSE YOUR CARE PATHWAY

Following your consultation, patients may choose one of the following weight management pathways based on clinical appropriateness, personal preference, and cost considerations.

OPTION 1: Insurance & Brand-Name GLP-1 Pathway

Who this is for:
Patients who prefer FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medications (Wegovy or Zepbound) and want to use insurance, manufacturer savings, or self-pay discount programs.

Includes:
✔ Monthly provider follow-up
✔ Ongoing clinical monitoring and dose guidance
✔ Prior authorization submission (if required)
✔ Assistance navigating manufacturer savings programs
✔ Secure messaging access
✔ Nutrition and lifestyle coaching

Medication & Lab Costs (paid separately):

  • Medications are filled at the patient’s chosen pharmacy (insurance, Walmart, LillyDirect, or Novo Nordisk programs)

  • Initial laboratory testing is paid out-of-pocket

Estimated Name Brand Medication Costs (subject to change):

  • Zepbound (Eli Lilly): ~$349/month (starter dose) to ~$499/month (higher doses)

  • Ozempic/Wegovy (Novo Nordisk):

    • Introductory offer: ~$199 for first two fills (lowest doses)

    • Ongoing: ~$349/month (most doses), ~$499/month (highest dose)

 

Insurance coverage and savings eligibility vary by patient and plan.

OPTION 2: All-Inclusive Compounded GLP-1 Program

Who this is for:

Patients who want predictable monthly pricing with medication and care bundled together.

​When clinically appropriate, compounded medications may be prescribed based on individualized patient needs, including dosing flexibility, tolerability, and continuity of care.

Includes:


✔ Monthly provider visits
✔ Ongoing clinical monitoring and dose guidance
✔ Compounded GLP-1 medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide, if clinically appropriate)
✔ Initial laboratory testing
✔ Nutrition and lifestyle coaching
✔ Secure messaging support
✔ Progress tracking

Medication is dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy based on individual prescription.

OPTION 3: Non-GLP-1 Medical Weight Management

Who this is for:
Patients who prefer non-injectable options, have cost concerns, or are not candidates for GLP-1 therapy.

Includes:

✔ Oral weight-management medications (when appropriate)
✔ Initial laboratory testing
✔ Nutrition and behavioral coaching
✔ Lifestyle and habit-based support

Medication Costs:

  • Prescriptions are sent to the patient’s pharmacy

  • Most oral medications are low-cost or insurance-covered

WELLNESS & AESTHETICS SERVICES PRICING

IV Hydration Therapy

Medically supervised IV hydration and nutrient therapy designed to support hydration, energy, recovery, and overall wellness.

IV Hydration Infusions — $150–$250 per session

Includes:
✔ Medical screening prior to infusion
✔ IV administration by licensed clinician
✔ Standard IV fluids with selected vitamin additives
✔ Post-infusion monitoring
