Refund Policy

At Natural Aesthetics & Wellness, we strive to provide the highest quality care, transparency, and service. Because we offer medical evaluations, custom treatment planning, and prescription-based programs, certain services are non-refundable. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for consultations, programs, and products.

1. Initial Consultation Fee

The $40 Initial Consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of treatment eligibility or decision to proceed.

This fee covers:

  • Medical evaluation

  • Health history review

  • Treatment eligibility screening

  • Provider time

  • Administrative support

 

2. Medication-Based Programs (Semaglutide & Tirzepatide)

All program fees are non-refundable once:

  • Medication is ordered or dispensed

  • Labs have been ordered

  • Your treatment plan has been initiated

  • Your first dose or shipment has been prepared

  • Your consultation has been completed

Medication cannot be returned or reused due to federal safety guidelines.

 

3. Monthly Program Fees

Monthly program fees (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or Wellness Coaching) are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial months

  • Missed doses

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Lack of expected results

  • Delayed medication pickup

  • Voluntary discontinuation of treatment

Programs are billed monthly and are not prorated.

 

4. Missed or Rescheduled Appointments

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows forfeit paid fees and may require a new booking fee.

 

5. Lab Fees

If labs are included in your program cost, they are non-refundable once ordered.
If labs are billed directly to you through a third-party lab, their individual refund policies apply.

 

6. Coaching & Wellness Sessions

Coaching sessions or wellness support services are non-refundable once the session has occurred or support has been provided.

 

7. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel future months at any time.
Cancellation must occur before your next billing date.

Payments already processed for the current billing cycle are not refundable.

 

8. Ineligible Patients

If you are not a candidate for GLP-1 medications due to medical history, labs, contraindications, or provider discretion:

❗ The $40 consultation fee remains non-refundable.

✔ You will NOT be charged for any monthly program.

 

9. Provider Right to Refuse or Discontinue Treatment

We reserve the right to discontinue treatment for:

  • Safety concerns

  • Contraindications

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Misuse of medication

  • Non-compliance

No refunds will be issued for discontinued service due to the reasons above.
